A Day at The Resort

7:00am — Doors Open

Drop off at reception. Regulars check in like locals; first-timers get a proper welcome.

Morning — Social Time

Outdoor social hours begin. Dogs are grouped into compatible packs where they can play, explore, and settle into the rhythm of the day.

Midday — Rest & Reset

The resort slows down. Dogs move indoors to the lounge spaces for rest time — cool, calm, and comfortable so everyone recharges for the afternoon.

Afternoon — Enrichment

Afternoons are for enrichment and individual activities: river walks, one-on-one time, grooming appointments, or simply relaxing in the sun.

Grooming — Resort Fresh

Express Blowouts or Full Treatments are scheduled to align with pickup, so your dog leaves the resort clean, brushed, and looking very well looked after.

Close of Day — Home Time

By the time you arrive, your dog is clean, calm, and genuinely tired — the sign of a very good day. You can thank us later.

EVERY DOG STARTS HERE

Every new resident begins with an Assessment Visit, a half day ($35) or full day ($60), your choice, priced the same as a regular casual visit. Our team watches how your dog settles, plays, and interacts, then puts together a short report to match them to the right group. From there it's up to you: many dogs continue casually, while others are ready for The New Resident Paws-port.

The Half Day — $35

Available to any enrolled dog. Full resort facilities, shorter duration. Ideal for dogs building up to a full day or owners who prefer shorter schedule.

The full Day — $60

Available to any enrolled dog. Full resort facilities for a complete day of play, rest, and socialising. Ideal for dogs who thrive on a full schedule and plenty of group time.

Is the Resort Right for Your Dog?

PROBABLY. BUT WE LIKE TO MAKE SURE

No dog is ever thrown into the deep end here. From the very first visit, our team watches closely to understand how your dog moves through the space, how they read other dogs, and what kind of company brings out their best. That's how we match every dog to the right group, by energy, temperament, and play style, never just by size or breed.

Some dogs arrive and own the place in twenty minutes. Others prefer to hang back and take it all in from a quieter corner. Both are completely fine, and both tell us something useful. Shy or nervous dogs are eased in gently, at their own pace, with plenty of space to build confidence before joining the wider group.

The goal is simple: a day your dog genuinely enjoys, with friends who suit them, and a group that feels like the right fit.
