A Day at The Resort
7:00am — Doors Open
Drop off at reception. Regulars check in like locals; first-timers get a proper welcome.
Morning — Social Time
Outdoor social hours begin. Dogs are grouped into compatible packs where they can play, explore, and settle into the rhythm of the day.
Midday — Rest & Reset
The resort slows down. Dogs move indoors to the lounge spaces for rest time — cool, calm, and comfortable so everyone recharges for the afternoon.
Afternoon — Enrichment
Afternoons are for enrichment and individual activities: river walks, one-on-one time, grooming appointments, or simply relaxing in the sun.
Grooming — Resort Fresh
Express Blowouts or Full Treatments are scheduled to align with pickup, so your dog leaves the resort clean, brushed, and looking very well looked after.
Close of Day — Home Time
By the time you arrive, your dog is clean, calm, and genuinely tired — the sign of a very good day. You can thank us later.
EVERY DOG STARTS HERE
All new residents begin with The New Resident Paws-port — a 30-day introduction to the resort. Four full days. One river walk. One complimentary wash. And an honest conversation at the end about which membership tier suits your dog's energy and your lifestyle. It is mandatory, available once per dog, and $225.

The Half Day — $35
Available to any enrolled dog. Full resort facilities, shorter duration. Ideal for dogs building up to a full day or owners who prefer shorter schedule.
The Half Day Introduction — $20
A discounted introductory session available once per new dog, before or alongside the Paws-port programme. Dogs experience the resort with reduced group exposure — a gentler first step for nervous dogs or those new to group daycare. Priced at $20 to remove any barrier to giving it a try.

Is the Resort Right for Your Dog?
PROBABLY. BUT WE LIKE TO MAKE SURE
Before Your First Full Day
Every new dog visits us for a half-day introduction before joining the resort. It’s not a test. It’s a first impression — for both of us. We use that time to understand how your dog moves through a new space, how they read other dogs, and what kind of day will suit them best. Some dogs arrive and own the place in twenty minutes. Others like a quieter corner to start. Both are completely fine.
By the time your dog comes back for their first full day, they already know where the good spots are — and so do we.
The Half Day Introduction is $20 and available once per dog. It’s the first step for every new member.
