While basic access is the standard, our curated tiers are optional upgrades designed to reward our most loyal clients with reduced daily rates, complimentary services, and exclusive member perks.

To ensure your experience remains seamless, all paid tiers are billed monthly via direct debit.

Payments are calculated on a 52-week annual spread ($Weekly Rate \times 52 \div 12$), ensuring your investment remains predictable and consistent throughout the year.

Monthly prices are calculated on a 52-week annual spread and billed on the same date each month. A minimum 30-day written notice is required to cancel or downgrade any paid tier. The Peak Resident tier is set at 3 days per week and is not an unlimited access tier — clients wishing to add occasional extra days may do so at the member day rate of $48.

THE MULTI-HOUND DISCOUNT

Households with two or more dogs are eligible for a 20% discount on the lower-priced membership tier for their second (and subsequent) dogs. This discount applies to the monthly investment only and cannot be combined with other promotional pricing

To be used within 30 days of enrolment. Introduces your dog to the resort environment across multiple visits.

Staff talking point: "The Paws-port month is our audition phase — for both of you. It lets your dog find their pack and gives us the chance to see which tier genuinely fits their energy level and your lifestyle."

Every new dog begins with the Paws-port: a 30-day 'getting to know you' period that allows us to understand your dog's social style, leash behaviour, and preferred corner of the resort. It is mandatory, available once per dog, and represents exceptional value.

A 30-minute one-on-one walk with a staff member to assess leash manners and settle any first-day nerves away from the group.
