All paid tiers require 30 days' written notice to cancel or downgrade. You will be billed for one final cycle and retain full member access throughout that period.
Monthly fees are fixed and non-refundable. Missed sessions due to client holidays, illness, or non-attendance cannot be credited or rolled over.
Casual Voyager sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a session credit. Cancellations under 24 hours, or no-shows, forfeit the session fee.

Hounds of Strath is a curated social environment. We are selective — not because we want to exclude, but because a harmonious pack is the foundation of every dog's safety and enjoyment.
Every new dog begins with the Paws-port trial period for exactly this reason. By the end of the month, we will have a clear picture of whether the resort is the right environment for your dog — and we will tell you honestly.

GROUNDS FOR MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION OF REVOCATIION
1. Safety: any act of unprovoked aggression, snapping, or biting toward another dog or a staff member.
2. Sustained distress: a dog experiencing genuine daycare burnout — persistent vocalising, pacing, or inability to settle — may be better served in a different environment, and we will tell you so.
3. Disagreeable behaviour: persistent resource guarding, excessive mounting, or bullying that disrupts the resort vibe.
4. Health and hygiene: repeated failure to maintain C5 vaccinations, or arriving with a contagious condition.
5. Regulatory non-compliance: failure to maintain current council registration as required under SA Dog and Cat Management legislation.
THE THREE STEPS PROCESS
Except in the case of a physical bite — which results in immediate revocation — we follow a three-step process: a verbal or written conversation with the owner; a mandatory solo Hills Hike session to reassess the dog's behaviour in a calmer setting; and formal revocation if the issue persists.
In cases of revocation due to suitability or welfare concerns, we will refund any unused daycare days in the current billing cycle.
